Our 6 berth holiday home is available 12 months of the year. It's spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped interior. Decking to the front and side of this holiday home, access through patio doors in lounge or entrance door.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with the main bathroom to the side of it.

The sofa bed within the main living area provides additional sleeping space (as a small double bed).

The holiday home has double glazing through out.

TV(free view), DVD player with some DVD's provided, selection of games also provided in stool,fire, FGCH, free wifi, 1 parking space next to holiday home,inter-grated bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, u-shaped kitchen, breakfast bar, all kitchen utensils and pots and pans provided.

Gas and electric are included.

Open 12 months of the year, quiet location, children's play area.

NO DOGS, NO SMOKING, NO SAME SEX GROUPS.

Pillows and duvets are supplied, but you will need to supply your own linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels.

Minimum 2 nights stay, will accommodate mid week breaks, long weekends or full weeks.

Cleaning fee is £50 which is not included in price.

£50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with full balance to be paid 8 weeks before.

Bookings made within 4 weeks of stay must be paid in full at time of booking.

Arrival time 15:00 hours and on day of departure it is 10:00am

There is a key code box situated on the steps of the caravan where you can find the keys.

Sitting on the North Coast of Cornwall, Pentire is perfectly located for exploring both Cornwall and Devon, with lovely views of both the surrounding coast and countryside.

Situated within a short distance of the popular seaside town of Bude, Pentire is close to a choice of beautiful beaches, historic market towns, and cosy Cornish pubs and restaurants, serving some of the best local seafood. On-park, you can relish in the peaceful surroundings, children can find fun in the adventure play park and dog owners can enjoy the on-park dog walking field where their four-legged friends can stretch their legs. The local area boasts an incredible variety of attractions and entertainment options along with many traditionally Cornish quaint towns to discover including Port Isaac and Boscastle just a short distance away from the park.
