A Sandy Paws at Barmouth Bay, we are situated within minutes from Tal y Bont beach (direct access from the park) and 10 minutes’ drive from Barmouth, the site is situated down a lane off the main route to Harlech.

2025 upgrade - new chairs for dining area replacing benches, new flooring for kitchen/bathroom & hall, carpets all cleaned and living room furniture reupholstered. Ready for our 2nd season as owners.

The caravan has double glazing, central heating, 2 bedrooms (1 kingsize + twin) and sofa bed , walk in wardrobe area, one bathroom, kitchen/diner and a spacious living room.

The van has decking at the front and side of the caravan and has a table and chairs at the front of the deck. It's sited in a beautiful spot shaded at rear and sun all day around the front of the van.

NO BBQs ON DECKING DUE TO COMPOSITE DECK, PLEASE ONLY USE ON GRAVEL DRIVE IF ON A STAND AND AWAY FROM VAN PLEASE. 

We are pet friendly, being dog owners ourselves, all we ask is that you provide throws to keep the furniture clean for our next guests. ** we supply 2 throws per guests to be used if required - please leave any used throws in the kitchen for washing**

The caravan has all the necessary items to enjoy your stay - kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, slow cooker, an abundance of crockery & cutlery. In the living area - Smart TV, wi-fi, dvds and in the bedroom - freeview TV

Wi-Fi available from 8th May 2024 (prices have not increased for this facility) due to the geographical area of the park we cannot guarantee 100% strength at all times. We ask you to reboot wifi, leave in current position but move aerials etc to gain improved strength. It does dip in and out.

We supply duvets, mattress protectors and pillows - please bring your own covers. (kingsize in master bedroom)

The site has a play park for the children even though a few adults have been seen to be enjoying themselves too, a swimming pool (booking required) and a launderette.

Walk out of the entrance turn left and there is Sands complex, which hosts a pizza bar, fish & chips, arcades, mini Market and a pub which has live entertainment each weekend, please check their Facebook page as this may change throughout the year.

Barmouth is ten minutes’ drive or if you prefer to use the train - Tal y Bont Station is a few minutes’ walk from the park.

You have walks from your doorstep along the coast or a further drive would take you to Harlech, Porthmadog. The beach is dog friendly with no restrictions.

Due to park rules we can accept dogs listed on the dangerous dog act.

Deposit will be used as damage waiver, refunds will be made within 48hrs of departure once cleaner checks done.
