Bought June 2014 a modern caravan with lots of extras, large double bedroom with a superkingsize bed, a twin bedroom with 2 full size single beds. A fully adapted wetroom with shower, large lounge with dining area leading into a modern fitted kitchen with plenty of storage. Wooden flooring throughout the caravan. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Car parking for 2 cars, outside light, raised decking area, also patio and large grassed area to side and rear. Lounge has a 40 inch TV and DVD player., free WiFi is available.  Modern caravan in a quiet spot close to the main resort ameinities, approx 600m from the beach.

Only a 30 min drive to the Royal Mint experience at Llantrisant, a 40 min drive to the Gower Peninsula and a 40 min drive to the capital city of Cardiff.

A deposit of £50 (non refundable) is required to book with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Also a £75 security bond to be paid before the start of your stay which will be returned providing there is no damage, nothing missing and the caravan is left clean and tidy. Strictly no smoking or pets . No groups only families and couples. Hirers over 25 years of age only, Passes are not included in the cost of hire but can be purchased from owners select during your stay. Hire cost includes gas, electric, tea towels, bath towels and bedding with the beds made up prior to arrival.

The caravan will be available from 1:00pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
