Luxury static caravan for hire at Seaview, Whitstable. High speed WIFI available throughout, this is included within the price. Up to 2 small to medium dogs allowed with prior agreeement. Bed and bowls can be provided upon request. Direct beach access is a five minute walk. Sited on a popiular and well maintained Park Holiday site. Family friendly clubhouse, entertainment and various other facilities available (according to season). Very well located for public transport, various local attractions and beaches. Fully enclosed decking area with furniture and barbeque. Adjacent pitch area with parking for up to 2 cars. Lots of extras. USB sockets in all rooms. Centrally heated and double glazed throughout. A £100 security bond is required to secure the dates of the holiday at time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Payment plans are available, please enquire for further details.
The £100 security bond will be refunded after departure following a satisfactory inspection of our Holiday Home and there is no major damage or loss and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
Access is via a keysafe box, this is located next to the gate of the caravan. The relevant code for access, details on how to locate the Park and caravan and other relevant information (including a copy of the guidebook) will be sent to you 2 weeks before the start of your stay.

Guests must comply with conditions set by Park Holidays, and with any applicable government COVID and social distancing guidance. Further details available in the following link:
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Guests are asked to strictly adhere to these times in order to allow the deep cleaning required between stays.
Early check-in and late check-out may sometimes be available upon request, please message for availability if you require this.
Strictly no smoking throughout, including the decking area. Guests are asked to use the ashtray provided if smoking outside the caravan, and to smoke on the grassed area only.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available adjacent to the caravan. Commercial sign-written vehicles, tourer caravans and camper vans are not permitted here, but can sometimes be accommodated in the car park opposite the park entrance if required.
The site is pet friendly, but guests must ensure that they keep dogs on a lead and under control and clean up after them at all times (including on the beach area). Waste bags for this are available within the caravan if required.
Guests are welcome to use the barbeque provided, but are requested to clean after use as this is not covered within the included cleaning cost. Guests will need to provide their own charcoal etc for this, details on where these can be purchased locally are available within the guest handbook provided. Care must be taken to ensure that the barbeque is used in a place where it will not cause any damage to the caravan or surrounding structures.
Motorised scooters are prohibited throughout the Park, and the lead booker and adult guests remain responsible for the conduct of any children within the group at all times.
The caravan is located within a quiet area of the park, and guests are respectfully requested to keep any noise and disturbance to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 10pm and 9am.
A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THE CASE OF ANY NATIONAL OR LOCAL LOCKDOWN PREVENTING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CARAVAN ON THE DATES BOOKED. Alternatively, guests will be given the option to re-book during any available dates (with a price adjustment if applicable).
Guests should note that ongoing COVID restrictions may affect the availability of facilities and attractions on the park and locally. Advance booking for these may be required, details of relevant phone numbers and websites to contact are contained within the guest handbook.
Entertainment passes are required to access certain park facilities (swimming pool and bingo). These can be purchased from park reception if required, prices available upon request. Please check availability of facilities with the Park Reception on arrival.
The swimming pool is available during high season (usually May to October). Bookable sessions my apply during peak times, please enquire at the park or swimming pool reception for up to date details of this during your stay.

Guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes on entering the caravan and use the shoe rack available.
The property should be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay, with any moved furniture or other items returned to their original location.
Outside bins for rubbish are located at each end of the Pebble Beach road. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that any rubbish is removed from the property at the end of the stay in adherence with COVID guidance. These should be disposed of within the enclosed bins provided by the park ( as this prevents the seagulls from going through them!)
Any deposit made will be promptly returned after the inspection of the property for any damage or missing items at the end of each stay.
Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.
The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.
Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
