Bedding and towels are included and beds made up for your arrival. All gas, electric and high speed wifi included within the price. Holiday passes (for swimming pool and bingo) not included but can be purchased from the Park Reception if required.

Flexible start dates and durations sometimes available, please ask if required.

£100 will secure your booking, with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date. Payment plans available upon request.

£100 damage deposit required for all new guests. This will be refunded in full at the end of your stay in the absence of any major loss, damage or extra cleaning required.

Strictly no smoking.  Up to 2 small/ medium dogs permitted at owners discretion. No all male or female groups or parties. Maximum occupancy level of 6, up to 8 may sometimes be considered with prior arrangement.

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.

The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.

Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
