Welcome to our 3 Bedroom Prestige Holiday Home located at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village. Our Holiday Home is located in a quiet area of the park, within a short walk from the main Entertainment Complex and the Sea Front with its own Parking Bay. 

The holiday home offers a home from home feel benefitting Central Heating, Double Glazing & WIFI.

There is a modern fitted kitchen equipped with cooker/hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery & saucepans.

There is a spacious open plan dining area / lounge having dining table, gas fire, tv. There are French doors opening onto an enclosed decking.

All 3 Bedrooms, all having storage space. The main bedroom has a en~suite with WC & Wash Hand Basin. Pillows & Duvets are provided, guests are required to provide their own bedding & towels: 4x Single / 1x Double.  All beds have Mattress & Pillow Protectors, we ask that these are not removed.

The main bathroom has a radiator, shower, wash hand basin & WC.

Booking Terms: 

To Secure your Booking, we require a £25.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit. A £75.00 Security Bond will be required & payable with the Final Balance which is 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will be non-refundable.

The Security Bond will be returned within 7 days after check-out date providing the Holiday Home has been left clean, tidy & damage free.
