Complete with your own private hot tub and beautiful views towards the Western Lake District fells, it offers the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring one of Cumbria's most spectacular landscapes.

Grasmoor View Holiday Park is a secure, well-maintained park with just 24 privately owned static caravans and an on-site warden, creating a peaceful setting for couples and families alike. Open all year round and with easy access to the A66, it provides an excellent base for discovering the lakes, mountains, forests and picturesque villages of the Lake District National Park.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, generous built-in wardrobes with drawers, a dressing table with stool, window seat with additional storage, bedside cabinets and overhead cupboards. The bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel radiator and excellent built-in storage.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds together with a built-in wardrobe, drawers, shelving and wall mirror, making the caravan ideal for families or friends travelling together.

A separate family shower room is located off the hallway and includes a shower, toilet, wash basin with storage cupboard, mirrored cabinet, heated towel radiator and additional storage.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in gas oven, integrated microwave, five-ring gas hob, 70/30 fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher, 9kg washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you'll need for a self-catering holiday, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, baking trays and cooking utensils.

The bright and comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Western Lake District. Enjoy the JVC 40-inch Fire Smart Full HD television with Amazon Alexa built in, allowing you to sign into your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs, free Wi-Fi, USB charging sockets, comfortable seating and a feature electric fire complete the home-from-home experience.

The dining area comfortably seats four guests.

Outside, Peaktop View really comes into its own. Secure gated composite decking to the side and screened composite decking to the front provide a wonderful place to relax while enjoying uninterrupted views towards the Western Lake District fells. Garden furniture is provided, and there is parking for one vehicle directly behind the caravan, together with a small grassed area alongside the caravan (please note this area is not enclosed).

Your private hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking, sightseeing or exploring the surrounding area. Relax beneath the open sky while enjoying the beautiful fell views – a wonderful way to end each day of your holiday.

Peaktop View welcomes 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs on request only.

Bed linen, towels and hot tub robes are provided for use during your stay, and all beds are made up ready for your arrival.

Gas, electricity and water are included in the nightly rate. A mandatory cleaning fee of £75 applies to every booking. The minimum stay is two nights.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. Please contact us before your arrival if you would like either item arranged.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure Stripe payment link to pay a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival, and we'll send you a second secure Stripe payment link when the balance becomes due.
