Two bedroom, six berth caravan with New Decking Veranda with Removable Wheelchair / Mobility Scooter Ramps. Bedrooms consist of one double, one twin (which can be made into a double) and a comfortable pull out bed in the lounge.
All duvets, pillows,bed linen are provided.
The main beds are made for your arrival.
There is also a welcome pack on arrival to include Bread, Butter, Milk, Tea and Coffee. On booking please let us know preference of Bread and Milk Type (Bread: Brown, Whie, Other) (Milk: Full fat, Skimmed, Semi Skimmed, Other)
The Lounge area has spacious seating with TV and DVD player with DVDs and box games for the family.
Contains a fully equipped kitchen, with a four ring gas hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Washroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Hairdryer, Iron and desk top ironing board provided.
Electricity and Gas are provided in the price.
The Gap Caravan Park has a laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer.
The Gap has optional Wi-fi supplied by, http://www.caravanconnect.co.uk , there is a charge to use wifi payable direct to caravanconnect.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors installed
Short walk either by beach or road into Cromer.
The caravan is strictly non smoking at all times.
Pets must be kept off of the seating
Travel cots can be provided upon request
Check in time is 14:00 on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 on day of departure.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
