The large kitchen has a full-size fridge and freezer, gas cooker and hob along with a microwave. All the essentials for cooking are supplied.  There is a free-standing large dining table with 4 chairs. The Kitchen area includes a washing machine, and a fold away ironing board & iron.

Large living space with patio doors to the decking area. The lounge area has two comfortable chairs and a settee which is also the small double sofa bed. There is a 50" Freeview TV with surround sound system and a DVD player, with a large selection of DVDs and board games.

A cosy electric fire for nights in. 

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and stool, a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage, a 32" Freeview TV. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower toilet and sink.

The Twin bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobes and plenty of storage along with a small TV.

Full size family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. 

The large decking wraps around two sides of the caravan, with comfortable outside patio seating. Additional seating can be found in the shed along with beach chairs and beach equipment.

There is parking for two vehicles.

Passes are not required for the Show Bar on site (there is sometimes an admission fee depending on the show)

We allow two small well-behaved dogs (please do not leave your dog’s alone in the caravan) We supply dog beds, towels, blankets, toys and treats.

An additional charge of £25.00 per dog

Our caravan is described as a beautiful, fully equipped 'Home from Home' 

Please Note: We provide Duvets, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors - all freshly laundered after each guest has left:

We can provide bedding and towels for an additional £20.00 per stay.

A £100 deposit is required when booking, this will secure your chosen dates and is refunded within 7 days of you vacating the caravan.

£100 will be refunded if the caravan has been left in the same condition as when you arrived. The deposit is nonrefundable, however if you cannot make your original dates, we will try our best and accommodate you at a different time (bookings dependant)

The full balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before your arrival date.

Before you arrive, I will email all the relevant information to you. There is also a copy in the caravan.

Grange Leisure is a family orientated park; we are unable to accommodate large groups of (Hens or Stags) and groups under the age of 25.

When completing a booking - I will require names and ages of those staying, one main contact address and a mobile contact number, an email address and vehicle registration numbers are also required.
