A delux modern caravan to hire at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park. Just 100 meters from the beach which is dog friendly all year and a popular fishing area, close to all the facilities on a level part of the park. The outside is fully enclosed and has an artificial lawn and a slightly raised decked area. There is also an outside table and chairs to enjoy alfresco eating. Once a week is booked we remove that week from the site to avoid any double booking.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, full size oven and hob and microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need.

Living Area: Freestanding furniture, a corner sofa which is also a sofa bed. Equipped with TV / DVD combination, bluetooth intergrated speaker system to enjoy your music.

Dining Area: With free standing table and four chairs.

Bedroom One: Double bed with upgraded mattress for additional comfort. Double wardrobe and bedside units and and en-suite toilet.

Bedroom Two: Twin beds, bedside cabinet and single wardrobe.

Bathroom: Shower enclosure, wc and sink.

Gas all tested and up to date.

The holiday home is gas centrally heated with radiators plus additional fireplace in the lounge area and fully double glazed.

Parking at the van.  

All gas and electric is included as well as 6 entertainment passes for  access to all pools sauna jacuzzi steam room gym and club. 

These  passes are for your use but if lost will be charged @ £10 per pass to replace.  NEW WI-FI DIRECT TO CARAVAN.

Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in loss of the good housekeeping bond .

Although Covid restruction have been lifted bedding is not provided in your booking. The main bedroom has a double bed with double duvet, the lounge has a pull out sofa which is king size with a double duvet and two singles in the second bedroom. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and bottom sheets.

The van is dog friendly to small and medium size breeds and we ask for you to disclose the breed when making your initial enquiry. There is an additonal charge of £25 per dog this covers the extra cleaning for the next guests. 

The good housekeeping bond will be charged at £100.00   All fully refundable subject to caravan being vacated in a satisfactory condition.

A £100 non returnable deposit per week is required when booking your holiday to be paid to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If your holiday is less than 4 weeks away from your booking date we would require full payment along with the returnable good housekeeping bond.  This covers any breakages or extra cleaning which may be required.  This will be refunded shortly after your holiday once caravan has been checked.

DOGS A small / medium dog may be considered at an additional cost of £25 a week.  

We prefer payment by bank transfer.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).
