£50.00 deposit to secures a booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the booking start.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date must be paid in full.

£75 breakage deposit required- this will be returned after caravan is cleaned & checked.

No smoking or vaping inside the property, if detected then a deep clean will be required from your security deposit.

No weed smoking inside or outside, if detected then your holiday will cease and you will be removed from site, a deep clean of the van will also be required from your security deposit.

Registration site passes are mandatory & can be purchased via owner at a discounted price. 

'Late Deal' prices may be offered from time to time, contact to discuss.

Pets include one small dog only.
