The Caravan is situated in an ideal position just 5 minute walk from entertainment complex, shop, swimming pools & main entrance, but far enough away for a quiet & peaceful stay. Caravan is fully double glazed with full gas central heating In All Rooms.

The caravan has a centre lounge with a kitchen diner adjoining & both bedrooms either end of caravan for that extra privacy.The lounge consists of a 3 seater & 2 two seater sofas, the 3 seater pulls out to make a smaller double bed. 32 inch flat screen tv & Separate DVD player, Electric flame effect fire. Kitchen diner with free standing table & 4 chairs, it is fully equipped for 6 guests with large gas cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge with small freezer box. Main bedroom has double bed, en suite toilet,shower & washbasin, walk in wardrobe,  dressing Table .   Second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed ,wardrobes, dressing table & own toilet, shower & wash basin just outside bedroom.

All Bedding supplied,cleaned & beds made up for you on arrival/  Please bring own towels & tea towels as not supplied.   Outside caravan has patio area with table & chairs ,Parasol, Reclining chairs, , BBQ, & benefits from own parking space for one car so no walking with luggage, Also caravan is South facing front so sun on patio all day. The caravan is fitted wth fire extinguisher, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. First aid box,iron & ironing board.  We do not include entertainment passes in holiday cost as not everyone require them, But can be purchased from reception on day of arrival.  please enquire through this website stating how many adults & children in party & dates required.

A £50 damages deposit/booking deposit is payable on booking & will secure your holiday booking, if holiday is canceled by yourself at anytime after booking & full amount paid, no refund will be given.The full balance due 1 month before holiday start date .The deposit will be refunded to you within 3 days after holiday departure providing caravan is left clean & tidy with no damage or loss & no evidence of smoking or pets. Short breaks normally run from Monday  2pm to Friday 10am . Saturday to Saturday holidays run from 2pm Arrival to 10am promptly to allow cleaner to enter on departure , The Orchards is a family orientated park which do not permit any stag or Hen parties. No all male or all female guests allowed unless previously approved by us.  Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. No unruly behavior or excessive noise will be tolerated by camp & if asked to leave by camp staff you must vacate caravan & leave site immediately with no refund given.     please note under no circumstances we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused to any guests while staying at the caravan.

Orchards Holiday Village – Deep in rural Essex

A complete contrast to the buzz of nearby Clacton, the Orchards setting, near the pretty Essex village of St. Osyth and by the water’s edge, is a haven of tranquillity. There’s plenty of the usual Haven facilities here including a terrific outdoor pool and sun terrace by the Mash and Barrel Lounge-Bar-Cafe. Plus, there’s also the option to enjoy fishing on one of the two fabulous fresh water lakes or a round or two of golf on the Park’s very own course.

Feel free to fill each day in just your own way. Every family is different of course, but a typical day might begin with a lazy lie in or a family Wake 'n' Shake session. It could be a morning in the heated indoor or outdoor pool complexes or a round on the 9-hole golf course.

And then...

Lunch out at a great little pub or pop into our Mash and Barrel: Lounge-Bar-Cafe. Afternoon try the Archery or Fencing Coaching, explore Clacton-on-Sea or a spot of fishing on the Coarse Fishing Lake. Early evening enjoy a stroll on the beach, a game of Bowling or a barbecue. Then head off to the ShowBar for a drink, live music and dancing. So, whether it's out and about or staying on the Park, you're sure to have a great holiday at The Orchards.
