This is our first time holiday home for you to make lots of memories with loved ones and fun times!

we offer 7 nights stay booking Friday to Friday or we can make amendants if required
weekend bookings Friday to Monday 3 nights stay
weekdays Monday to Friday 4 night stay
we ask for a small deposit of £50 to secure your dates that will be non refundable and £100 security bond which will be refunded once caravan is checked and all is ok!
the double room has a double wardrobe with 2 side cabinets 2 twin rooms with wardrobe storage and a pull out bed in the living room
A lovely spacious bathroom with heated towel rail shower toilet sink with a further separate toilet which is always good to have.
Fully equipped kitchen for your stay large oven and hob microwave crockery and cutlery is all included for your self catering holiday. Also iron and ironing board

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.
The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.
Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.
And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
