The caravan is situated on a quiet new development at North Denes Park. The Caravan has been Newly fitted Double double-glazing doors and Windows A-rated, also has 3 Bedrooms fitted with electric heaters and new carpets fitted throughout. also, a fully fitted kitchen, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware, Iron and Board, Vacuum Cleaner, Smoke Alarm fitted in all rooms, and a Carbon Monoxide Alarm fitted.

Shower room with hand basin/toilet and Second separate toilet.

Lounge/ dining area with  TV and Free-sat, Electric Fire. The lounge area can be converted to provide a further double bed if required 6-8 Berth.

Situated only 100 yards from the sea with pleasant walks along the sea wall and dunes towards Corton Beach and 5 minutes from Lowestoft's lovely Blue Flag award-winning sandy South Beach by car, if you like sea fishing off the beach or the sea wall this is the place for you.

Across the road at the Sparrows Nest are lovely gardens and a children’s play area, with entertainment in the Summer. The Martello restaurant has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8 am for breakfast.  Also, Giardino Italian restaurant is a lovely restaurant that has a contemporary-styled bar and outside dining area. There are pleasant walks along the cliffs into North Lowestoft Town Centre where there is a wide range of shops and eating places. Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts and a bowling green.

The Marina Theatre in Lowestoft and The Seagull Theatre in Pakefield have some wonderful shows and don't forget the Lowestoft Air Show, check when on - a lovely day out for all the family.

You are close to the Broads, Pleasure Wood Hills, and Minsmere Nature Reserve. The Flora Tea Rooms at Dunwich have excellent fish and chips. Also Well worth a visit is Kessingland Africa Alive Wildlife Park and its giant car boot sale on Sundays. The entertainment and beach life at Yarmouth and excellent shopping at Norwich are only a short drive away.

On the day of arrival, keys will be collected from me between 3:30 pm-5 pm unless by prior arrangement. The caravan is to be vacated by 9:00 am on the day of departure, please.

NOTE   Accommodations come supplied with duvets and pillows, mattress covers as standard.
But No Linen or Towels and Tea Towels not Provided

Electric is a £1 & £2 coin meter-operated

Booking for Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday may be arranged.

Long-stay bookings are welcome

Please note we will require a refundable cash deposit of £50 if the caravan is left in an undamaged clean condition

Keys will not be handed over from the reception

All Gas appliances are Safely tested

Important Note

What I'm doing to keep my Caravans clear of the COVID-19 VIRUS

As you are aware, we still have the COVID-19 Virus which we need to keep in control as best as possible, I will be supplying cleaning materials such as Virusafe COVID-19 Virus Anti-Virus Disinfectant Spray to spray on all flat areas, door handles, etc also Alcohol hand sanitizer -Anti-bacterial hand spray to use when entering the caravan and kitchen roll to wipe down surfaces. I have also purchased a Fogging Machine to help control the Virus and keep the caravan clear of the Virus. So if you are looking to hire one of my caravans please email plotzero@hotmail.co.uk and I will do my best to make your stay Virusafe.

£50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required when booking.

The Balance is to be paid 5 weeks before the holiday commences.

£50 returnable deposit if the caravan is left in an undamaged, clean condition.

A last-minute booking payment will be required in full.

North Denes caravan park is a quiet new development opened in March 2011. There are no facilities on the park itself, however they work alongside some local businesses in the area offering discounts and privilege cards.
