We listen to our guests and this year have added to our caravan with a brand new rattan table and chairs set.  We have also installed smart TVs in the single bedrooms allowing you to use the free unlimited Wi-Fi to access certain features built within the TVs.

If you have something specific that you would like while a guest at our caravan then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

We specifically chose a Bryn View plot for our caravan, as we know it is not too far away from the beach or the main complex (about a five minitue walk) and yet at the same time not too near, this avoids the night time noise of the main complex when sometimes all you want to do is have a quite night in.  We have been commended may times over the years regarding the large plot our caravan is on and the tranquility of it all and we continue to hope our guests enjoy their holidays at 44 Bryn View.

Our caravan is thoroughly deep cleaned at the beginning of the season and we also have a cleaner who cleans in between guests to ensure the caravan is presented to the highest standard.

If you have a holiday booked through us and you are unwell and cannot take your holiday we will of course offer a full refund, an alternative date of the same value at a later time in the year or the option to choose a date to the same value for a holiday in the following year.  The choice will be entirely yours, subject to availability.

As soon as Presthaven opens in March, as part of our preparation for this years lettings we will have the exterior of the caravan and the decking professionally cleaned.  We also clean the curtains and settee then have all the non fixed furniture removed while the carpets are professionally cleaned.  Finally all the other surfaces are then cleaned.During the season between guests the caravan is given a thorough clean by our regular cleaner, this w

Our caravan is currently classed as a Silver graded caravan if you wish to compare our grading against Havens.  Our caravan is fully doubled glazed and central heated throughout has a 40 inch TV with freeview, DVD player and bluetooth in the lounge as well as an electric fire.  Outdoor furniture on the decking. Free standing dining room furniture. A hairdryer, memory foam mattress, 29 inch TV with built in freeview and DVD in the main bedroom. Built in microwave oven in the kitchen.  Beds made up on your arrival with our new 100% brushed cotton bedding. All of these you should be getting if you are paying for a higher graded caravan, along with of course allocated parking and a 1pm check in time.  

We also have added extras that are not available on caravans hired through Haven, these include a memory foam mattress, Sky TV, George Foreman grill, 8kg washing machine, high chair, travel cot and a bed guard, unlimited free Wi-Fi, board games and a Playstation 4 games console.

We are proud of offering good value holiday accommodation and this is our eighth year as owners. We have many valued customers that return to us year after year. Just read our reviews, they speak for themselves. 

We honestly advertise the standard of our holiday accommodation and are available to answer any questions you may have. 

Our caravan is also professionally cleaned between guests and all bedding is included in the hire price at no extra charge (except for the travel cot bedding which you will need to bring yourself). 

We are currently advertising mostly three and four day holidays. If you require a price for a seven day holiday or longer, just add the short holiday dates together. 

A lovely caravan with 16ft x 8ft decking area where you will find a table and chairs along with exterior lighting.  There is also plenty of exterior space around the caravan including a flagged patio area and parking at the rear.  The caravan itself overlooks a green and has distant views of the mountains. 

Inside you will find a modern living room with a 40 inch TV integrated with free view and dvd player, electric fireplace, all round seating and entertainment unit. The kitchen has an integrated fridge/freezer with a built in wine rack, microwave and a belling cooker, full height splashback, modern cooker hood and free standing dining table and chairs. The two twin bedrooms have wardrobe space and overhead storage. The main bedroom has a 29 inch TV integrated with free view and dvd player, a hairdryer, a fully fitted wardrobe with overhead storage and lift up storage under the double bed, this room is also complimented with a vanity area, an en-suite toilet and hand wash basin. The bathroom has storage space, a radiator and a thermostatic shower. There is a small storage area in the hallway where you will find the iron and ironing board along with the bed guard, highchair and airers.

The caravan is central heated and double glazed throughout with a pitched roof and modern underlayed carpets giving a luxurious finish to the neutral decor.  This caravan is sure to offer an excellent holiday home.

• Holidays are available for three, four days or seven days.  If you have any questions, please make an enquiry via email or text message.
• A £100 security deposit is required to cover any breakages, loss or damage to the caravan,  This will be returned within seven days via bank account transfer, after satisfactory inspection of the caravan. 
• The above £100 deposit also acts as your deposit to secure the booking with the outstanding payments for the hire of the caravan to be paid six weeks before holiday commences. 
• We can offer an interest free payment plan.
• All holidays taken with less than six weeks notice must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made via a cheque, bank transfer online or through the bank.  Please put your full name on all payments as a reference.
• Any cancellations must be done four weeks before the holiday commences or £50 of the £100 security deposit will be non-refundable.  This gives us time to readvertise the caravan and covers administration costs.

• A travel cot, high chair and bed guard are available in the caravan for guests to use.  Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.  Please look after these and make sure they are cleaned ready for the next guests. 
• There are some board games in the caravan and we respectfully ask that these are looked after during use.
• There is a Playstation 4 games console for which you will need to bring your own games if you wish to use.  One controller for the consule is already provided.
• If you use the washing machine while at the caravan, could you please use washing liquid as powder can block the dispenser drawer and please refrain from drying your clothes on the radiators and use the airer provided.
• Could you please make sure you clean the George Foreman grll after use.  This has a removable drip tray and grill plates for ease of cleaning.  Failure to do this will incur a £50 cleaning fee take from your deposit.
• Only couples and families welcome.  Haven operate a no same sex group holiday policy.                 
• Leaving times: Before 11am.  If you do not depart by the appointed time, you will forfeit £50 from your security deposit.
• Arrival times: From 1pm.
