We have a large, lovely caravan for hire on a superb holiday park overlooking Brixham. With two bedrooms, this caravan for hire on South Bay Holiday Park sleeps 4-6 people if you utilise the bed settee in the lounge. WiFi. Pet friendly. (extra charge applies).

Gas central heating  will keep you warm on any chilly nights. 

The spacious lounge has full length windows giving glimpses of the sea and bay area. A 42" Smart TV with WiFi and media socket provides the entertainment! 

The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances for a full range of cooking, including a fridge-freezer. 

The main bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite toilet and a second TV with DVD. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. 

The luxury shower room has a large shower, wash hand basin and toilet. 

Outside is a decking area with a table and chairs. 

The caravan is well positioned close to the pool and reception, with parking very close.

Pet friendly, however, only 1 large or 2 small dogs allowed.

South Bay Holiday Park overlooks Brixham and the Torbay area, with lovely views out to sea. There are also some super walks from the Park along the coast, with some spectacular scenic views of the coast and sea. 

On site you will find a heated swimming pool, clubhouse with entertainment and a kids' 'Foxy' club, along with crazy golf, playgrounds and a zip line. 

The nearest beach is St Marys Bay, which is about a 15 minute walk. It is lovely and unspoilt, but has no facilities and does involve going down (and back up again) a considerable number of steps, although it's well worth the effort! 

Other beaches with all facilities are about a 10-15 minute drive away. 

Brixham is about 1 mile away, which you can walk to, or catch the bus from the Park entrance, or drive. Brixham is a lively harbour town with lots to do and see, including the 'Golden Hind' and crabbing from the Quay. 

Paignton and Torquay are further round the Bay, about a 20-30 minute drive. There are lots of varied attractions in both towns. 

Take a steam train to Dartmouth from Paignton and enjoy one of the many boat trips at Dartmouth. 

Reception have many leaflets for attractions and things to do in the surrounding areas. 

A deposit of £50.00 or 10%, whichever is the greater, secures a booking.

The balance is due 6 weeks before the booking starts.
