This is a large, modern 3 bedroomed caravan for hire on a superb site in Brixham, Devon. WiFi. Sleeps up to 8.
Pet friendly (£30.00 per week or £20.00 per part week).
Large lounge/dining area with 42" TV with WiFi. Bed setee for 7/8th persons is a small double and best suited to children.
Modern Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster with all the utensils.
Seperate Wc. Large shower room with thermostatic controls.
Central heating and double glazing.
Outside decking area with a table and chairs.
Parking close by.

Brixham is a lovely harbour town with many attractions and lovely places to eat. the Harbour is about a mile away.
Crabbing from the key is a favourite sport for all the family.
Car Parks in Brixham are available and there is also a bus terminus at the Park entrance. Timetables are in Reception.
The nearest beach is about a 15 minute walk. It is a lovely bay but can only be accessed by a large number of steps.
Other baches with all modern facilities are about a 15 minute drive at Broadsands and Goodrington, which also has the largest Water Park in the South West.
Torquay is across the bay and can be reached by road or ferry. About a 30 minute boat ride from the harbour.
Dartmouth is well worth a visit and can be reached by car or the steam train from Paignton.

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
Torquay, Britains premier resort offers an endless supply of things to do and a bustling nightlife. The Torbay area abounds with local attractions and interesting places to visit. Visit the Eden Project for a good day out.
