The Space

Whether it’s a family holiday or a couple’s getaway time Devon Bay has all you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. But don't leave the dog behind, we have stuff for him too.

Ideal holidays for a family of 4 or 5, perfect for a couple. Complete self-catering kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, crockery and cutlery, along with children’s plastic cups and plates.

A fresh and modern feel in the lounge makes it so tempting to relax on the sofa and ,watch TV/DVD or just gaze at the beautifully framed view with a bit of music and a glass of something lovely. 

For dining in there is a 4 seater table plus a small table and 2 children's chairs for kiddie’s meals or playtime.  You are welcome to let the little ones take the table and chairs outside to play.

The main bedroom has its own TV and double wardrobe to get properly unpacked. There are 2 USB charging points and a further two in the lounge.

Double USB charging points in the lounge and main bedroom allow the whole family to get charged! The clubhouse has free Wi-Fi which can be picked up outside the chalet.

All rooms except the kitchen have electric heating and the chalet is double glazed throughout.

Our second bedroom has sliding doors opening out onto a large grassy area and can sleep 3. On the bottom bunk a double futon sofa bed sleeps 2 with a single top bunk. There is a safety gate to deter escapees!

All beds are made ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linen and towels. If you need extra linen for the flip down sofa in the lounge, please request this.  

Check yourself in and out using the key box. No queues or delays.

The fresh and bright bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. There is a combo washer/dryer, iron and mini ironing board. Towels are provided.

Outside is a small sunny patio at the rear with a gas BBQ or you can pop a chair out front and watch the sunset over the lawn. Front row position means unobstructed views out to sea and an open lawn right at the door.

There is plenty of close by parking and you can park right outside to unload.

You are welcome to bring up to 2 small/medium dogs at an additional charge, bowls, bags and biscuits included. Please bark to book!

Although the park can be quite steep in areas the chalet is just a short, mostly level walk from the swimming pool, restaurant and entertainment area. There is plenty of nearby parking and you can unload next to the chalet.

BASICS are provided: Loo roll, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Tea towels, fairy liquid, cleaning cloths and spray.

The Rates

We know holidays are precious times and making sure your family have a good time and create special memories is really important to you and us so we make our breaks flexible and affordable by offering short stays and special offers.

Long term planner ? You are welcome to make instalments leading up to your holiday.

Each booking carries an additional £45 cleaning and laundry fee per stay to keep the price fair on short stays.

A deposit of £50 secures your chosen dates with the balance paid 6 weeks before check in day.

Bookings within 6 weeks to be paid in full.

Refunds for cancellations will be dependent on the notice given and subject to a rebooking admin fee where reletting is possible. Rescheduling dates may be possible subject to availability to avoid cancellation fees.

Bideford Bay Holiday Park in Devon is set in an amazing woodland location, with stunning sea views. It's also a short hop to picturesque Clovelly and the golden Blue Flag beach of Westward Ho! The heated outdoor pool (open 23rd May - 1st September) is perfect for basking in the sun whilst the kids shoot down the flume, or play a game of crazy golf.
