A  cosy 2 bedroom caravan on Silver Beach Caravan Park. The master bedroom provides a double bed and the 2nd bedroom there are two single beds. The lounge provides a further double sleeping area, pillows and quilts supplied if needed,  you will need your own bed linen and towels.

There is a flatscreen 32in TV /DVD in the lounge area The Kitchen comes well equipped with everything you would need inc. pots, pans, all kitchen utensils. There is a large shower cubicle along with sink and toilet. There is gas fire to lounge.

About the caravan site -- just outside the site gates there is a chip shop, restaurant, mini supermarket, cafe and a public telephone box. There is also a bus stop for those of you that choose to venture towards Skegness town. WIFI Available through Site office.Laundrette on site.

Within walking distance you can get to Fantasy Island Theme Park plus large outdoor markets and a variety of shops. There is also a boating lake, an animal farm and a wildlife centre within walking distance.

Departure time before 10am, keys to be left at site office.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons.
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Site rules). Families and couples only.
Lead name must be over 21 years old.
No pets and no smoking inside the caravan.

A £50 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday. New bookings will be held for 7 days to allow for deposit money to be received.  This is deducted from the holiday value & is non refundable.  The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.

A £50 security bond is required against damage and breakages.  The bond will be returned to you on provision the caravan is left in a good order, clean and with no breakages.

Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer or cheque by arrangement. If paying by paypal a 3% charge will be added due to paypal charges.

Silver beach is set in the heart of Ingoldmells. It is just a short walk from the beach and Fantasy Island theme park, which includes a very large seven day market – a great family day out.

Silver beach is a friendly, family run business with a plot for over 300 statics. On site, there is a large, fully stocked supermarket which boasts its own meat counter, a selection of DVDs and chart CDs as well as an off-licence and tobacconist. The freshly stocked bakery sells loaves, rolls, cream cakes, buns and pies.

The surrounding area also hosts a variety of places to shop and eat. The location ensures great transport facilities to local seaside towns such as Skegness.
