Situated directly across from the large 15th century Manor House at Trelawne manor holiday park is our large & modern 3 bed static caravan.It has 2 twin rooms & a master bedroom with an ensuite. In the lounge the sofa pulls out to include an extra double sleeping area. This caravan has full central heating & is double glazed throughout. Caravan has a 3/4 wrap around Decking which is a great seating area to enjoy a glass of wine enjoying views of the Manor House, It comes with a 50" smart Tv with Freeview, including free private WIFI.  

It has a spacious lounge with large french doors that open onto the decking area. Caravan is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. All utensils required.

The main bathroom has a WC, wash basin and a large shower with enclosure.

The patio area hosts a table & 4 chairs, with interchangeable lighting to suit your requirements.

Price includes bed linen, pillows, duvets, gas and electric.  Towels not provided.

Trelawne Manor Holiday Park situated around a 15th Century Manor House with beautiful views over Cornwall. It has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a spiral flume, along with crazy golf, putting, giant chess, fishing lake and large clubhouse with lounge bar Snooker and Pool tables with amusement arcade for the children to play in. It also offers a takeaway/diner/ATM/village shop and finally, entertainment 7 nights a week in the high seasons and selected theme weekends through the year. 

The holiday park is situated approximately 2 miles away from the two beautiful picture postcard towns of Looe and Polperro. Both have plenty on offer, such as pubs, restaurants and shops. A local Bus service connects the local areas and several taxis firms are readily available.

There are coastal paths to Looe, Talland Bay and Polperro, as well as a safe sandy beach for the children to play on in Looe, with lots of fishing and crabbing. You can also book day trips out to go fishing.  

Only a 35 min drive to the amazing Eden Project and 30 mins away from Plymouth there are plenty of things to do if the sun doesn't shine. If you fancy something closer the Monkey Sanctuary on the outskirts of Looe, is well worth a visit where you can see all species of monkey and, great fun for the children. 

FREE WIFI can be found in the public areas around the Manor House and the Park has good 3/4g connectivity.

Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday (check-in after 1400 & check-out before 10am).

I try to meet & greet however if I can't then a combination code will be sent 24hrs before to access a key safe box for the caravan keys.

Visitors to Trelawne Manor Holiday Park will not be disappointed. From the moment you drive in through the trees and the Manor reveals itself to the time you hand your key back to reception filled with happy memories, you’re sure to be smiling.

Facilities at the caravan park will see the children’s faces light up as they splash down the flume, meet Freddy for the first time over breakfast or get invited up on the stage to see who can sing the longest musical note. The sound of laughter will come from around the playground, echo down by the lake and follow you all the way back to your caravan. Take a trip 2 miles down the road to the delightful fishing village of Looe. Here you can visit the harbour and see the fisherman bring home their catch – perfect for that fresh dish served from one of the restaurants or if you prefer pop in to one of the local bakers for a traditional Cornish pasty that will have you smiling from the inside out!
