We have a lovely DOUBLE GLAZED, FULLY FURNISHED MODERN, CLEAN Three BEDROOM CARAVAN with outside decking area.

The caravan comprises of:

• Cosy lounge/diner perfect for relaxing,  Lounge includes 37" FreeView TV  DVD player+films board games and gas fire. Free WiFi available . 
•  double bedroom, with quilt and pillows ,. spacious wardrobes with coat hangers.
• TwoTwin room.
• Fully equipped kitchen - cooker/fridge/toaster/kettle/microwave/glasses/pots/pans/cutlery/iron 
• Shower room with sepearte WC.
• Outdoor decking areas with chairs.
• Parking space for two cars.

The caravan is on the Promenade caravan site which is located across the road from FANTASY ISLAND rides and 7 days a week OUTDOOR MARKET. The site has direct access to the Beach and is 5 minutes from Clubs, Pubs, Amusements, Restaurants, Fish & Chip Shops, Retail Shops and everything you need to complete your holiday.

On park facilities include:

• Launderette
• Convenience Store
• Cafe
• Beach Access

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases,[if the pillows or duvets are damaged in any way(soiled)the cost to replace them will be deducted from your bond money]  tea-towels etc.

All bookings are from saturday-to saturday unless otherwise agreed.

Caravan available from 2pm ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL and must be vacated by 10am on departure.

We expect you to leave the caravan in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. We will require an additional £100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT when making your booking which will be fully refunded within 7 DAYS providing statisfactory inspection (left clean tidy with no damages). Any damages will be duducted from the deposit and the remaining funds refunded with proof of receipt.

If the keys and fob are lost they must be replaced at a cost (£20 for the fob) + key's 

Full payment for the caravan is required 4 WEEKS before arrival or immediate if time frame less than 4 weeks. Payment plans are available, please contact to discuss.

Cancellation policy

All moneys paid before 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded, or used to reshedule an alternative date if required. The £100 deposit will not be returned for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Site rules

Unfortunately site rules and our insurance restrictions mean that we can not allow bookings from:

• Same sex parties (e.g. stag and hen dos)
• Parties from under 25 years old
• Multiple couples

THE CARAVAN IS NO SMOKING (ashtray is provided for outside smoking).

CHECKS WILL BE MADE ON SITE FOR OVER OCCUPANCY MAXIMUM OF 8 ONLY OF WHICH NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS

The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.

There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
