The living area has free standing sofa and 2 chairs, electric log burner, 50" Freeview Smart TV and DVD player,  Wi-Fi is available.

The kitchen comes equipped with the usual conveniences including full size dishwasher and a washing machine.  It also has a 5 ring hob

Main bathroom has toilet, sink & shower

Main bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en suite including a shower. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge

Enclosed decking area with patio furniture.

Pillows and duvets are provided - you will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets and all types of towels.  We do offer a linen package (bed linen, bath mat & tea towel) for an additional charge £15.00 per king size, £12.50 per double £7.50 per single - enquire at time of booking if you would like this service.

Dogs are welcome.  Unfortunately Away Resorts don't allow XL Bullies on any of there parks so we can't allow that particular breed on our caravan 

The caravan is situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park nestled between the mountains and the sea. The beach is a 2 minute walk away.

RULES:

Please do not allow dogs onto the sofas or beds.

If using the cooker please line the grill/oven with foil.

No smoking inside the caravan - smoking outside is allowed but please use an ashtray.

Please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)

PLEASE NOTE: Electric cars are not permitted to be plugged into caravans (blows whole electric on park) please use the charging points situated near the launderette

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your stay with us. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.

Discounts may be available for multiple bookings.

Families and couples only permitted with no male/female groups allowed.

Keys are collected and returned to the owner on the arrival/departure day of your holiday.

Check in time is 2.30pm - please contact the owner as soon as possible if you will be checking in at a later time.

Check out time is 10.30am - please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy)
