The caravan is situated on a quiet development at North Denes Park Lowestoft.

It has 2 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom with a full size double bed, there is a toilet and shower room off this bedroom,  built in walk in wardrobe the other bedroom has 2 single beds with built in wardrobe.  

Fitted carpets, Double glazed windows and Gas central heating throughout. A fully fitted kitchen, including a Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Pots and Pans and Glassware, Iron and Board. Smoke Alarm and a Carbon Monoxide Alarm also fitted.

The Dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs.

The Lounge has a 3 & 2 seater sofa an electric fire, colour TV with Sky, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies. A DVD player and a selection of DVD's also available if you cannot find anything to watch on TV.

WIFI is available on site through MIFI Zones.   It is charged daily or weekly you can choose which service you require.

Beds will be ready made for your stay, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Outside - large decking/veranda area complete with seating, parking space for 2 cars.  Veranda enjoys the sun from early morning to late evening.

A £50 deposit to secure your requested date, the remaining balance needs to be paid at least 28 days before your holiday start date.  We also ask for a £50 returnable Bond if the caravan is left in an undamaged, clean condition.

North Denes caravan park is a quiet new development opened in March 2011. There are no facilities on the park itself, however they work alongside some local businesses in the area offering discounts and privilege cards.

Situated only 100 yards from the sea, with pleasant walks along the sea wall and dunes towards Corton Beach and only 5 minutes from Lowestoft South Beach by car.

Across the road at the Sparrows Nest are lovely gardens and a children’s play area, with entertainment in the Summer. The Martello restaurant has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8am for breakfast. A second restaurant is due to open in March 2012. There are pleasant walks along the cliffs into North Lowestoft, where there is a wide range of shops and eating places. Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts and a bowling green.

You are close to the Broads, Pleasurewood Hills and Minsmere Nature Reserve, The Flora Tea Rooms at Dunwich have excellent fish and chips. Well worth a visit is Africa Alive Wildlife Park with their giant car boot sale on Sundays. The entertainment and beach life at Yarmouth and excellent shopping at Norwich are only a short drive away.
