Our Caravan is a stylish and spacious 41′ x 14′  static holiday home with a stunning sea view across Swanage Bay and a hillside view across the Purbeck Hills. Comprising 2 bedrooms, lounge & well equipped kitchen diner, it is complimented by a large decking area accessible via french doors. In this area a rattan table and chairs and electric BBQ can be found. To the side of the decking is a fully enclosed private garden.

The caravan is accessed via a hallway which leads to an open plan kitchen diner and lounge; and the bedroom areas. The outside decking is accessed from the french doors leading from the lounge.
The Lounge
The bright and airy lounge is equipped with a 2 x 3 seater settees, TV & electric coal effect fire. This leads out on to private decking, with stunning views over Swanage Bay and here you will find a table and chairs and electric barbeque for those quiet evenings in. It also contains log effect fire for chilly summer nights, however the caravan also has full central heating to all rooms.

The Kitchen / Diner
As you can see the kitchen is very well equipped with a five burner gas hob, built in oven, grill and microwave. The area also contains an integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine, & dishwasher. In the centre of the kitchen is a dining table and chairs.

The area is open plan with the lounge so cooks aren’t excluded from the social activities.

The Main Bedroom
The main bedroom is a comfortable size, It is equipped with a king size bed with bedside units. It also has generous wardrobe space with a built in dressing table with drawer space. This bedroom also benefits from an Ensuite wash basin, wc and shower.

The Second Bedroom
This is a twin room and is equipped with twin 3ft beds, plenty of storage and hanging space. It also contains a dressing table with mirror and light

The Bath Room
The spacious bathroom room contains a washbasin, WC and shower. It is conveniently located near to the sleeping quarters.

Our normal booking terms are from Saturday to Saturday prices start from £525.00 to £950.00 in high season
