Golden Sands, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire (Ref.102830)

2013 model, 3 bedrooms, 6 berth caravan on Mablethorpe's Golden Sands (Haven). 

I offer a value for money holiday with everything you need in the caravan, plus a few extras! You will find it clean and comfortable.

There is heating in all rooms, gas fire in the lounge and panel heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom. 

All bedding with protectors are provided but bed linen is not. It can be hired at a cost of £8 per double bed and £4 per single bed. You are more than welcome to bring your own

There is a 32"  flat screen tv and dvd player in the lounge. A selection of dvd's and games are provided. There are also some children's toys so the little ones will feel 'at home'.

I also have for your use, at no extra cost, a bedrail, travel cot and high chair, saving you valuable space in the car.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, cooker, microwave, toaster, under the counter fridge with small freezer compartment and all the crockery you will need. Also will be some basics, salt & pepper, cooking oil, and vinegar, just in case you forget yours.

The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is also a very handy second toilet.

The caravan is cleaned to high standard. Gas and electric is included in the cost of your holiday.

Enjoy sitting outside on the garden furniture.

For your reassurance, the boiler is serviced annually and all electric items PAT tested as required. Two smoke alarms and a co2 alarm are present in the caravan.

I offer flexibility of dates whenever possible. Please just ask about any individual requirements.

The key will be left in a key safe at the caravan for your convenience.

Play passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the availability of the play passes and cannot be held liable should you not be able to purchase them on arrival.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £75 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond. Late check out will result in a loss of some or all of your bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.
The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
