The lounge has plenty of seating and an integrated dining area. There is a gas fire and a 32" flatscreen tv/dvd combi with freeview. There is a small selection of dvds and games and you are more than welcome to bring your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday and an ample sized gas cooker. There is also a microwave, toaster, and all the tableware and cutlery for a family. This caravan has an under the counter 3/4 fridge freezer. 

There is a separate shower with access from the double bedroom and a separate toilet and sink. 

There is a double bedroom with additional television and a twin room.

Bed linen can be arranged at a very competitive price of £8 per double and £4 per single bed and beds will be made-up for your arrival. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own bed linen and all quilts, pillows and protectors are all supplied.

Outside there is parking at the side of the caravan and a nearby carpark for any additional cars. Table and chairs are provided on the veranda for you to enjoy the stunning views.

A small selection of cleaning materials will be left for your use during your stay.

A travel cot, bed rail and travel cot can all be available for your holiday use at no extra cost. 

Arrival time is from 3.30 pm. Departure is 10 am on day of departure.

Access to the caravan is via a key safe attached to the caravan and you will receive this code prior to arrival.

A Booking Form is required for every booking and this can be emailed and completed online or posted to your home address.

Play passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Facilities will only be open in line with the most recent local Government guidelines.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the availability of the play passes and cannot be held liable should you not be able to purchase them on arrival.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £75 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security bond is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cash can be accepted if a very late booking.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

Haven passes are not included. I send you a form which enables you to purchase your passes on arrival at Reception.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
