All the fabulous views shown here can be seen from both the decking and the front room of our Spruces 20 south facing caravan. A Magnificent 30 mile uninterrupted view across the sea to the horizon, the passing ships at night twinkle like stars.This is the view you get from the front lounge and decking area, when you hire our 6 birth caravan at Devon Cliffs.

This South facing caravan with the SUN shining from morning till late night onto the decking, allows you to use the FREE GAS Barbecue, eat al fresco with a bottle of wine till the sun goes down , listening to the birds in the trees.

Parking next to the caravan with only 2 steps to the decking area, and level from then on, there is a gate on the decking, where the young children can run around the decking, without getting away from mum & dad.

Leave your car next to the caravan as it is only a 5 stroll to the complex, and only a 3 minute walk down to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach.

THE FRONT LOUNGE.

The front room has a door leading onto the decking,it has a 32" t.v with freeview, gas fire, also a hot / cold air circulation system, sea views

The sofa can be made into a double bed

There are plenty of books and toys for  both the children and adults

BEDROOMS.This  holiday caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, the twin beds can be pushed together to make 1 large bed, and there is a pull out in the front room.

TOILETS, there are two toilets, and a shower

Kitchen with microwave and cooker, and full kitchen utensils.

We supply an iron / ironing board and hair drier.

We can supply a travel cot free of charge/ bed guard/ high chair.

We have had the most lovely time, and the weather was scorching, you have been so helpful and really gave us the home from home feeling, and that is so rare, the caravan had everything we needed with magnificent views, you went out of your way to make our holiday special, and it was just what the doctor ordered, we will be back next year, thank you.

We had a lovely stay, everything we needed, we would recommend walking to Knowle via the coast path and visiting the Oak Barn furnishing, for a lovely cream tea, and then walking to Budleigh Salterton, stunning scenery, also a lovely ride to Exmouth and back on the open top bus.

Well with everthing that is going on this year we just had to get away and have a break, and what a break it was, children on the beach every day, it was so nice to see them running about instead of being cooped up in our flat, your caravan is so nice and clean, we used the outside hand sanitiser ever time we came back to the caravan, the fab views just put the icing on the cake, hoping to see you again soon.

 We have just returned from a lovely week in this privately rented caravan, from our original enquiry to what to do upon arrival Barry and Carol were fantastic, Barry contacted us on the Wednesday before our holiday letting us know that we could arrive anytime from early morning, the view from the caravan towards the Torquay coast were breath taking, and what a lovely way to spend an evening with a glass of wine taking advantage of the free b.b.q. We would certainly recommend booking this caravan and we will definitely booking again.

Having been staying in caravans on different sites for upwards of 20 years, all over the U.K, this is no doubt the best view and park location, the caravan is situated only 5 minutes from all facilities and entertainments, yet sitting on the decking, looking over the bay you would not know that you were on a vast site. I could go on and on about the positives of the caravan but all i need to say is that when we retun to Devon Cliffs we would not bother looking anywhere else then Spruces 20, don't take my word for it just book it.

In the High Season Saturday to Saturday Bookings.

Arrival time normally between 1pm -2pm.

Departure time 10am or before.

We only require a £75.00 deposit, and the remaining balance 8 weeks before the holiday date. 

We highly recommend that you take out travel/Injury insurance.( As our caravan insurance does not cover accidents to any persons in or around the caravan.

We supply duvets & pillows, but please bring all duvet covers bottom & top sheets and pillowcases, and towels.
