●❌️ No smoking 🚬 🚭 or vaping inside❌️1 Dog not allowed on sofas or beds not to be left by themselves. Dog crate provided.
🚭 Smoking or vaping is permitted outside ashtray is provided to use,
❗️please empty before departure along with all rubbish please❗️ bins are allocated close by.
●❌️ No pets allowed on the furniture or beds❌️ (otherwise deposit/bond will be used for extra cleaning)
🚫●No charging of vehicles allowed at anytime from my holiday home as is a fire hazard and can blow fuse box.
🚫●ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGE POINTS ARE LOCATED AT THE RECEPTION AREA...also around the site.
⛔️● CANCELLATION - The £50 deposit will be non refundable for any cancellations However sometimes cancellations can't be helped at times. so will try to rebook at an alternate date if available.
✅️On booking a £50 a deposit to secure your 📅 dates. Also a £50 damages fee which will be fully refunded after all checks are made by the cleaning team.
Balance to be paid 4 weeks before or in full if earlier. A payment plan can be arranged.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.
The beautiful clifftop park sits on part of Flamborough Cliffs nature reserve and is home to seabird colonies nesting on its chalk cliffs – ideal for uninterrupted sea views or spotting wildlife. There are 4 bays around the headland all with easy access to the beach and with half to two miles from the park.
