The caravan:

Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster

The lounge area has plenty of seating and a dining table

TV, DVD, CD

Gas central heating and double glazing

3 bedrooms - one double and two twin 

Shower room and w.c, plus a separate w.c

All bedding is provided, you just need to bring your own towels

The holiday park facilities:

There is a heated indoor pool with a waterslide and toddler pool area, spa and Jacuzzi ( adults only ). Also there is an outdoor pool with slides (open subject to weather). The pools will require a wristband that can be purchased from the site reception for £8.50 per person, per day. Alternatively, I have a maximum of 6 wristbands (4 adults and 2 childrens) which can used throughout your stay but a £50 deposit is required on booking for each wristband and will be refunded at the end of your stay providing the wristbands are left in the caravan. The caravan will be cleaned and all equipment checked on your departure date and refund made shortly after.

There is a family clubhouse with free nightly entaintament*,  well stocked bar and restaurant

Toddlers play area, pool tables and arcade games 

Hairdressers, gym, shop and takeaways

Sainsbury's is within walking distance

The rental conditions:

No same sex groups allowed

Maximum 6 persons

£100 non refundable deposit (per week), plus £50 per wristband (required for swimming) to be paid on booking with the balance due to at least 6 weeks before arrival

We also add a damage deposit of £100 to your balance. This will be refunded back to you after inspection of the caravan after you have left 

Check in from 3pm and check out by 10 am. Keys will be located in the KEY SAFE attached to the ballustrading on the decking inside the gate to the caravan

Entrance to the park is controlled by a barrier so please provide us with your car registration number and we can contact the site reception to notify them of your details or if you prefer you can do this your self on arrival
