The living area has a built-in sofa, coffee tables, electric fire, 43” Freeview Smart TV and a DVD player, Wi-fi is available. Freestanding Dining Table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen comes equipped with the usual conveniences, plus a microwave, slow cooker, and an air fryer. 

Picnic plates etc for use on the beach, these must all be returned clean to the caravan for our next guests

The master bedroom has an en-suite with a sink and toilet.  The main bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower

On the enclosed decking area there are patio furniture plus a bench that has bucket and spades for our younger guests to use (please ensure these are put back after use)

Pillows and duvets are provided for all beds – you will need to bring your own quilt covers (please note the master has a king size quilt) pillow slips, sheets and all types of towels/tea towels etc.  

2 Well behaved dogs are very welcome, please bring their beds and a throw/blanket to put on the seats.  Dogs are not to be left alone in the caravan.

Please do not allow your dogs onto the sofas or beds, unless you have provided a blanket for they to lay down on.

If you use the cooker, please line the grill and oven with tin foil

No smoking in the caravan or on the decking, smoking only on the grassed area outside.  Please use an ashtray (I do not provide these)

And finally, please leave the caravan as you found it (clean and tidy with bins emptied)

£100 deposit at time of booking and a £100 bond which is returned after your stay and the caravan has been checked. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
