A beautiful luxury Pemberton Riverndale Lodge 44’ x 20’ (880 square feet) situated in a quiet area overlooking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness.  

The accommodations comprises :

Kitchen - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and patio doors opening on to the spacious decking area. Wall mounted TV.
Utility room - with washing machine and sink unit.
Sun Room  - with two seater sofa and patio doors opening on to the outside deck area.
Bedroom 1 - king size bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ample storage space and wall mounted TV.  Patio doors lead on to a small decking area perfect for your early morning cuppa.
Ensuite - large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with dressing table and wardrobes.
Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment.

The lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
Large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.
Parking for 2 vehicles.

The lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is the largest lodge on the site.  Free Wifi is available in the lodge.

For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully deep cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we do not use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.  The key safe number is also changed after each guest.

Beds will be made up on arrival. Towels are not included.

Southview is a large family friendly leisure park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, showbar, fish and chip shop, indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop.

There is a main fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.

There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy.  There is also a regular shuttle bus into Skegness.

Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars.  There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for families.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased at the Park.

Restrictions will apply on bookings from groups not related i.e. all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people, if not immediate family or couples. Unfortunately we cannot allow group bookings for under 25's.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
Each adult and child/baby counts as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (4).

A £50 deposit is required  to secure your booking. The final balance of your holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date unless otherwise agreed. In the event your payment does not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re let the caravan.

A security bond of £175 is payable within 7 days of check-in or cash on the day of check-in.  The security bond is refundable upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan (No damage or loss and that the caravan is left clean and tidy as found) Charges will apply where extra cleaning is needed.

For any bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of holiday payment must be paid in full before the holiday can be confirmed as booked. Failure to do so may be deemed as a cancellation of your booking and being sold to another person. 

Check in time is 3.00 pm.  Check out time is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed prior to day of departure.

Sorry we do not accommodate groups of under 25's, nor hen/stag parties or batchelor/batchelorette groups.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
