A Luxurious and Spacious Double Glazed, Central heated, Dog friendly 6 Berth Caravan. New to Rentals for 2022.

Large fully equipped kitchen, including full size fridge freezer, microwave, Gas stove and Oven. All utensils and crockery are provided for all your self catering needs.

A bright, modern and comfortable central living area with dining table, gas fire and Freeview Tv. Includes a door leading out onto a Dog friendly, fully enclosed deck with lockable gate for your peace of mind.

2 spacious bedrooms, 1 Double with En-suite, fitted full length wardrobes and dressing table. 1 twin room with single beds and fitted wardrobes. An additional sofa bed is located in the living area. The double bedroom has adequate room for a cot bed which is also available.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is one extra bathroom. Both bathrooms include overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.

An iron, an ironing board and other extras such as children's games and beach toys are also provided for use during your holiday.

The caravan is located a short 5 minute walk to the Award winning, dog friendly beach. A land train and a sand train run at regular intervals during the summer months into the town which boasts tradition and family fun.

Queens park is also a must with children, A large boating lake, it has an outdoor paddling pool area, park, cafe, public facilities and is just a short walk through beautiful beach huts onto the beach.

Payment via bank payment only. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking and must be received within 7 days of making a reservation otherwise the slot may be rebooked. The deposit is in addition to the shown cost and will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked following your departure. Any significant breakages or damages to the caravan or contents may result in the loss of the deposit amount.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

At the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, visitors can celebrate the culture of Lincolnshire and its people from 1750 to the present day and close by you'll find Ellis Windmill, a working 18th century windmill.
