 Welcome to the penthouse, in my opinion the best caravan on liskey hill caravan park and definitely the best plot, it has perhaps the best views from a holiday home in Cornwall ,with liskey hill caravan park being top of the hill in perranporth u get to view the village from the site, mine being in the best spot has breath taking views,  back in 2006, there was a 3 year waiting list to hire this caravan, back then was a silver rated caravan now sits a platinum plus rated which is top of the range, soon as you step on to the veranda u have breathtaking views of country side and as u walk to the front decking u have stunning views of Perranporth beach from the veranda, truly stunning ,as u enter the penthouse the kitchen has the wow factor,it's more like a luxury apartment then a caravan ,all cupboards light up and looks awesome at night, as u step down into the lounge which is on a different level it's very modern and has patio doors leading to the decking where you have table and chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the stunning views of Perranporth beach ,the 2 bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and modern with main bedroom having ensuite and very large wardrobe and TV and dvd if you want to chill in bed and watch a movie, u even have beautiful views of the valleys and country from both bedrooms ,the main bathroom is again very modern with shower having its own spot lights, truly stunning, in my opinion i would myself rather stay in this then any hotel or apartments in Cornwall as I think it is the best ,the view at night is truly stunning aswell, 10% discount for pensioners October to April , i do have a 2nd caravan on site which has sea views and in another brilliant place on site and is away from the road, ,so quote penthouse on enquiry 

£100 deposit which is non refunded, balance payment is 6 weeks before holiday,£100 breakages deposit which is refunded after holiday after cleaners inspection ,£100 extra if you have more than one dogs, we only hire to families and couples so no mates holidays I'm afraid, we do allow dogs so ask on enquiry, we offer large discount to pensioners ,we supply pillows and duvet but bring your own sheets and towels.
