Lovely, well maintained 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan located at Golden Sands, Park Holidays, Dawlish Warren.

Recently refurbished medium-sized site with lots of onsite entertainment, walking distance to the beach, and just 30 mins driving distance to Paignton, Torquay, Brixham if you want a day out.

Please note: NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

CARAVAN:
3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan with 2 x twin beds and 1x double bed. Shower room with sink and toilet and a separate toilet. There is an allocated parking space for 1 car next to the caravan.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer etc - everything needed for a self-catering holiday.

Large dining /lounge area with free Wifi, brand new Smart TV with IPTV, Sky Sports, movies etc, PLUS Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+/YouTube (you will need to login in with your own private Netflix/Prime/Disney+ username/password to watch the channels).

Super Nintendo with 100 pre-loaded games (all the Mario's, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter etc)

For very small children there is an Ikea high chair and a travel cot (you will need your own cot sheets/cot bedding).

Outdoors there is a solar lit large decking area with new rattan furniture and a private parking space in front of the caravan.

Entertainment on site during the main season - Park passes are available directly from Park Holidays Reception at an additional charge (see Park Holidays website for their fees). Passes are only needed for the swimming pool and bingo so not everyone will want them. You do NOT need passes to enter the clubhouse or use the other facilities, etc

ONSITE ENTERTAINMENT:
Entertainment Clubhouse (renovated 2023), Indoor swimming pool, outdoor Swimming Pool, Adventure playground, Amusement Arcade, Fishing lake, Launderette, Shops, Restaurant, Bar with live sports, etc.

Daytime activities for children include "Crafty Pottery" (decorate and glaze bowl/mugs etc), "Teddy Mountain" (construct your own teddy), "Sand Art" and Segways for hire.

Evening entertainment for Children includes "Toddler Time" (nursery rhyme sing-a-long) and "Krazy Krew" (full-size park Mascots with fun and games).

Evening Entertainment for the family includes Bingo, Quizzes, Live singer/band/Cabaret followed by Party dances and music.

OFF SITE ENTERTAINMENT:
The beach is an 8-minute walk away.

Just off site (5min walk) Bakery, Pubs, Grocery Shop, Chip Shop, Chinese takeaway.

At the beachfront is a small (permanent) fairground (with a huge pay and display carpark) which includes 1 & 2 seater Go Karts, Crazy Golf, the Pirate Ship, Spinning Boats, a small child's rollercoaster, hook-a-duck, slides and trampolines (no cash - pay via tokens). There are also a few pubs and eateries, shops, Amusements, beach huts and Bike Hire. Beautiful Beach - Dog friendly on parts, Nature Reserve.

Under 1 mile away is the only Links Golf course located in Devon. Warren Golf Club, a beautiful 18 hole, par 72 - LINKS course, with dunes and cliff top views. Open to the public. devonlinksgolf.com

If you require linen, there is a charge £10.00 per bed. So the max you will pay if you have all 5 beds made up is £50.00.
For hygiene reasons, Towels are not included. Please bring your own.

£100.00 security bond is required to cover breakages - this will be refunded to you within 24hrs of the end of your holiday.

Balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Holidays booked with less than 8 weeks to the start of the holiday are due to be paid in full at the time of booking.
