Valentine Lodge is fitted out to a high standard. The living room comprises of an open area with dining suite, breakfast bar, modern kitchen (including range cooker) and seating area plus TV and DVD. The master bedroom comprises of double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds and walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom has WC, sink, bath and shower. The lodge is alarmed and centrally heated throughout. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed, which can be used as a third sleeping area. .
Valentine Lodge includes a large, expansive decking area, perfect for those long summer evenings. Patio furniture is also provided. The lodge is lakeside providing lovely views over the main lake and Haggerston Castle tower as a backdrop. Several species of water foul can be observed or enjoyed throughout and summer and winter months. Ample parking is provided at the side of the lodge.
Valentine Lodge is located at Haggerston Castle Park. For those wishing to use and enjoy the facilities and activities, park passes can be purchased from the reception, however, for those who prefer it quieter, the lodge is lakeside away from the main activities area. Its location is a perfect base for those coastal or countryside walks. Berwick-upon-Tweed, Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and Seahouses are all within a 15 to 20 minute drive.

To book there is a £100 non-refundable deposit which secures the booking. Full balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday.
The owners reserve the right to re-hire if full payment has not been made by the due date, and the deposit will be lost.
There is also a £50 refundable damage deposit due with the balance.
