Our caravan is furnished to a high spec, open plan kitchen/diner/living room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin room, main bathroom, covered veranda.

Specifications match Havens silver with decking.

Kitchen – on entry fully fitted kitchen with full gas cooker with oven/grill, integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, Tassimo coffee machine, pans and ovenware, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Store cupboard which houses the boiler, sweeping and hand brushes, mop and bucket, ironing board, iron and clothes airier.

Dining area – Table and chairs for four people with place and drink mats.

Lounge – new large three seater sofa and chair, occasion coffee tables , we have a 32 inch TV with DVD player and Free-view, DAB radio, we have supplied a selection of board games as well as DVD films to keep the family entertained when not enjoying the fabulous facilities offered by Devon Cliffs. The patio doors open wide onto a sheltered veranda with patio furniture to relax with either a cup of tea or chilled wine whilst soaking in the sun or admiring the panoramic sea views.
Before heading out to the beach grab the buckets, spades and fishing nets (provided for guest use). We’re sure you won’t be disappointed on what is provided to make your holiday memorable.

Twin bedroom – with single wardrobe and twin beds which can be converted into a double bed if required. Single bedside table with lamp. Wall mounted TV/DVD

Double bedroom – with double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer and hair straightener are provide for use, bedside tables and lamps with phone charges in base. Wall mounted TV

The caravan is central heated and benefits from double glazing for comfort when the temperature drops.

There is a vacuum cleaner for use.

An agreed holding deposit will secure booking. Plus a £75 security deposit (paid back within 48 of departure) final payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to break/holiday. We offer weekly/ monthly payments to help budget.

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
