Reasonably cheap holidays at Devon Cliffs (Haven). Beautiful modern caravan with most facilities.

Situated at Havens 'flagship' site and has the best entertainment and facilities that they offer. The site is well kept and the staff are friendly. There is lots of fun and family memories to be made. 

Our van has an amazing sea view (see pictures) with decking that supports a table and chairs looking over the bay. It has to be seen to be believed (I could sit there all day).

The van has recently been refurbished and is very clean and modern (see pictures).

Beautifully designed Swift Soleil 12’ wide 2 bedroom holiday home with a gated veranda with views, spacious master with en-suite toilet, double glazed with central heating, 2 x toilets and own parking bay. 

LOUNGE; Incorporates ample fixed comfortable sofas, unique interior design and features makes for a spacious and luxurious interior. CP30 elegantly combines a traditional feel with modern style and contemporary colours providing a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view, electric lava rock fire in a contemporary fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances inc fridge and freezer box, microwave, hob, cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from free standing table and 6 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one spacious double benefiting from an en-suite toilet, room for a travel cot and twin room with fitted wardrobe.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The van benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. CP30 benefits from having 2 toilets.

HEATING ; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA; Yes, the large gated front veranda comes with patio furniture making it ideal to relax & unwind.

PRIVATE DRIVE; benefits from 2 designated parking bays.

NON SMOKING: Please be advised that the accommodations is privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx 5 to 7 minutes and just 5 minutes away from the beach. 

Conditions

Strictly no smoking, no vaping and no pets allowed ( sorry )  Any signs of these in the caravan will incur an additional cleaning charge from our cleaner.

A Holiday Park located in a remarkable Devon setting...

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
