Family owned caravan at Seashore Great Yarmouth .
3 Bedroom swift Bordeaux Exclusive 2014 Prestige `Model with Decking, big 40ft by 12 lovely and spacious..
Double glazed through out with central heating ,situated In Seashore Great Yarmouth. The caravan sleeps 6
It has 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom with a ensuite (toilet and sink).Also theres a tv in the bedroom ,
Plus Theres 2 twin bedrooms both with two single beds in each room.
There is a large 40 inch Freeview TV in the lounge with a DVD Player plus a sky box. There is also a gas fire.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, full size fridge/freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave, dining table and 6 chairs. along with everything else that you will need to complete your holiday.
Theres also a bathroom with toilet sink and shower.
All bedding included, including duvets and pillows **** Beds made up for your arrival****
But you will need to bring your own towels , toilet tissues
In the caravan there’s a hair dryer, Vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board
Theres decking which has a table and 2 chairs
Minutes away from the main facilities, including swimming pool, arcade and beach.

Entertainment Passes are not provided but these can easily be purchased from reception on arrival.
Our holiday home is situated in the middle of the two main attractions. The first main attraction is the Live Lounge which is home to the evening entertainment and also the arcades. The second main attraction is Coast House Bar & Cakery where you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and also have a bite to eat and a drink.
A £100 non refundable deposit to secure booking, full payment to be made 6 weeks before date of holiday.
The £100 will become a "Security Bond" deposit for any damages, breakages or if the caravan is left in a mess for it to be cleaned .The caravan must be left as you find it .Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days after caravan is inspected.

Booking deposit of £100 becomes your damage deposit once balance is paid.
Your Damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days upon leaving, once caravan has been checked.
Check in is from 3pm on day of arrival and caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
