Straight across from the entertainment centre so you are central to the action, or realx on our decking with the partial sea view.

Lounge with a 4 seater sofa that pulls out into a double bed, 2 seater sofa, coffee table with 2 stools, 42 inch smart wifi TV, electric fire and free fast unlimited WiFi. 
Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, 4 burner hob with oven and grill, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, full size fridge freezer.
Dining area has gas central heating (as it is throughout the caravan) a farmhouse style dining table with 4 chairs. 
Lounge patio doors that lead onto wrap around decking with patio furniture, and a glass table with 2 chairs for al fresco dining, main part of decking faces the main complex with a sea view and a view of the cliffs that make up part of the cleveland way trail.
Main bedroom with double bed, dressing table, en suite toilet and sink, wardrobe, above bed cupboards for storage, hairdryer and a smart TV 
Two twin bedrooms each with wardrobes and sockets.
Main bathroom has a large shower. 
All bedrooms have type A USB charging points with the sockets near each bed and also in the lounge.
High chair and travel cot also available on request.

A £50 damage bond is required that will be refunded upon cleaning and inspection, so please leave our caravan as you found it.
Also a £50 non refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your holiday and the balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance.
No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking please.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Cayton bay is a family site and as such the park has the right to terminate and remove you from site if you become a nuisance with no refund.
Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be purchased from main reception.

The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
