The luxury caravan has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a King size bed with walkin wardrobe and modern shower ensuite. The second room has 2 x full size single beds. Both rooms have plenty of storage.
The kitchen has full size appliances and is fully equipped including washing machine and dish washer and has a dining area which leads into the lounge with sofa seating. The TV is 40" with DVD player and Freeview.
The patio doors open onto a raised balcony with fantastic sea views.
The caravn is on an end plot and is in a quiet cul de sac with side parking and full decking for your to enjoy.
The site is on 550 acres of nature reserve including dunes and beach. The path leads down to 3 miles of sandy beach, with access to Perranporth,
There are indoor/outdoor swimming pools with slide, entertainment complex including arcade, shop, restaurants, sporting complex, crazy golf, Papa John's pizza, fish and chips, plus many more.

To secure a bnooking we request a non refundable deposit of £150 per week and a completed booking form.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival (instalements accepted)
A security deposit of £100 is requested 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded with in 5 days of departure providing the caravan is left clean and without damage.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...
The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
