This spacious accommodation features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

Situated in the desirable Laburnham area, this Platinum Grade home is not only pet-friendly but also equipped with double glazing and gas central heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay.

Step inside and be greeted by the inviting living spaces, which include French doors that open up to a front veranda or out of the main entrance to a securely gated decking area, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

The ABI Malham is designed with your convenience in mind, featuring a modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine, allowing you to easily manage your daily needs.

For music lovers, the built-in Bluetooth sound system lets you link your smartphone or tablet, so you can enjoy your favorite tunes throughout the living areas. Also to keep you entertained there is a Smart TV in the lounge.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a TV, and the master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet room for added privacy.

To enhance your stay, bedding is provided at no extra cost, and beds will be made up prior to your arrival. 

WiFi is also provided at no extra cost so that you can keep connected during your stay.

To ensure a comfortable visit, we offer several extras, including a travel cot, high chair, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and hoover for your convenience. We kindly remind you that this property is strictly no-smoking, allowing for a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your stay payable by bank transfer.

In addition to the rental price there is also a £50 refundable bond payable.  This is paid with your balance & is refunded within 48 hours of check out upon a satisfactory inspection report confirming that the caravan has been left in a clean & tidy conidtion with no damage or missing items.

The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the check in date, or in full in respect of a late booking, this may be flexible upon prior agreement.

Where complimentary WiFi is provided, the service operates via mobile SIM card networks and availability, speed, and reliability cannot be guaranteed.  Service interruptions, signal issues, network congestion, maintenance, weather conditions, or provider outages may affect connectivity during your stay. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, inconvenience, disruption, or inability to access the WiFi service during your stay as this is beyond our control.
