Welcome to our lovely Willerby Salsa 3 Bed / 8 Berth Deluxe Grade accommodation, nestled in the lovely Laburnham Court.

This impressive caravan boasts a generous width of 12ft, providing you with a spacious and airy environment that is for relaxation.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we have thoughtfully prepared the beds with fresh linen, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep right from the start of your stay.

In addition to its inviting atmosphere, this caravan is equipped with modern amenities including double glazing and central heating to keep you cosy no matter the weather.

You will also appreciate convenience of having two toilets, free Wi-Fi for your connectivity needs, and other little extras to enhance your stay.

A fully equipped kitchen also boasts everyone's favourite, an air fryer to make those meals a little easier & quicker to prepare.  We do request that if this is used you do clean it before you check out.

The surrounding grassy areas provide a delightful space for children to play and enjoy the outdoors. We also have a lovely decked area at the caravan with outdoor furniture to enjoy those evenings when the british weather allows.

Please note that we maintain a strict no pets policy and do not allow smoking or vaping within the premises to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

For families traveling with little ones, a travel cot, highchair and plastic table wear are also provided for your convenience.

Parking is to one of two nearby carparks, both very close to the accommodation.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your stay payable by bank transfer.

In addition to the rental price there is also a £50 refundable bond payable.  This is paid with your balance & is refunded within 48 hours of check out upon a satisfactory inspection report confirming that the caravan has been left in a clean & tidy conidtion with no damage or missing items.

The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the check in date, or in full in respect of a late booking, this may be flexible upon prior agreement.

Where complimentary WiFi is provided, the service operates via mobile SIM card networks and availability, speed, and reliability cannot be guaranteed.  Service interruptions, signal issues, network congestion, maintenance, weather conditions, or provider outages may affect connectivity during your stay. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, inconvenience, disruption, or inability to access the WiFi service during your stay as this is beyond our control.
