This is a spacious ABI Blenheim 3 Bedroom holiday home which sleeps up to 8 persons with the additional pull-out bed in the lounge area.

It is double glazed and has a set of French doors leading onto a large decked area with patio furniture.

In the main double bedroom there is a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits from having a private toilet room.

In bedroom 2 you will find 2 single beds, can be reconfigured as a double by request, with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage.

Covid 19 cleaning guidelines and sanitised are strictly adhered to between bookings. Full bed linen or towel service on request £45 (see booking extras)

The main bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a shower. There is also a toilet, wash basin and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

In the kitchen area there is an electric oven and hob with grill.

It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electrical items in the kitchen include a microwave, large fridge freezer,  toaster, kettle and an iron with ironing board.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, which also has built-in Freeview and a separate DVD player. There is also an electric fire.

Situated in a lovely location of the park overlooking the sea, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main complex and 2 minutes from the on-site shop and launderette. An added bonus is a large car parking area directly next to holiday home.

This caravan has been kept to a high standard throughout to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Devon Bay and for enjoying Torbay and the surrounding areas.

Notable places of interest, although a guide to the area will be provided.

Torquay 20 mins by Transport.

Brixham 15 mins by transport.

Paignton Zoo 10 mins by Transport 30 mins by foot.

Goodrington South Beach (blue flag) 15 mins on foot.

Paignton steam train 20 mins on foot.

A new bus service offers a frequent doorstop connection for guests visiting the park to take in the many attractions Torbay has to offer. The Golden Hop open tops operates every 30 minutes during the daytime; from 9am until 6pm, seven days a week, connecting Hoburne Devon Bay with St Marychurch, Torquay and Paignton seafront.

**Bookings & Conditions. **

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 42 days prior to the start of your holiday.

Outside 42 days of arrival date 100% of any balance paid minus deposit returned

Within 42 to 28 days 50% of balance paid minus deposit returned

Within 28 days 25% of balance paid minus deposit returned

A security damages waiver deposit of £50 is also required and payable at the time of paying the final balance. Subject to no major damages and the caravan being left in a clean acceptable condition, this will be refunded up to 14 days of your departure date, via bank transfer.

Situated on the English Riviera, Hoburne Devon Bay is the perfect choice for a family holiday beside the seaside. The sandy beach at Goodrington Sands is within walking distance, the attractions at Paignton a short drive in one direction and the spectacular rugged countryside of Dartmoor in the other.

There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained on the park too. Spend the day lounging by the heated outdoor pool, taking in the panoramic views or watching the Dartmouth Steam Railway as it puffs its way along the coastline.
