Golden Sands, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales (Ref.111263)

A Willerby Boston Lodge situated on the Golden Sands Holiday Park in Kinmel Bay, North Wales. The Lodge is a 2010 model sleeping up to 6 persons using the double futon bed. Lodge measures 40ft x 20ft. Built to residential specification with condensing combi boiler and fully central heated and double glazed.  Free Wi-Fi available in Lodge.

The accommodation is as follows.

Lounge/Dining Area

Sliding Patio Doors, two 2-seater sofas and single armchair. Dining table with 4 High backed chairs. A 42” freeview smart tv. If you have an amazon fire tv stick, bring it with you and plug into tv for your own subscriptions.

 Kitchen

High line cooker station with oven and grill, stainless steel gas hob with 5 burners, full size fridge freezer, washer, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1

King size bed, ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and drawers. 40" Freeview TV.  En-suite consists of Quad shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, Porcelain sanitary ware.

Bedroom 2

Twin 3ft wide single beds, walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and drawers and bedside cupboard. 32” Freeview TV. In wardrobe is stored the double sized futon fold up bed for use in the lounge dining area when more than 4 persons in Lodge.

Family Bathroom

Bath with overhead thermostatic shower, porcelain sanitary ware.

Outside

Large substantial decking area, six bistro chairs and small table provided. Large grassed area to side. Parking for two cars directly in front of Lodge.

Provisions in the Lodge for your use.

There is a full range of crockery, cutlery & mugs. A kettle, Iron, toaster and vacuum cleaner are provided. Gas and electric are included in the cost of your holiday. 2x king size duvet, 2 single duvets and 6 pillows are provided. Fresh Linen is provided for the full week bookings for the two bedrooms. If more than 4 persons, please bring linen for extra persons. Max occupancy is 6 persons for insurance and camp regulations.   (Also, in the walk-in wardrobe in bedroom 2 are two sleeping bags for use if preferred.)

HOLIDAY SITE RULES TO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES

The site requires all private rental guests to be registered. This is done via a Holiday Hire Registration form which will need completing. ( I will complete this form on full payment and email you a completed copy prior to your arrival, which you will need to show at reception when collecting keys and make payment for registration fee which is not included in cost of hire of Lodge) (Registration fee is another name for passes)

Registration fees (passes etc) are MANDATORY as dictated by Site Owners (Away Resorts) whether you use site facilities or not. Current fee is £120 for family pass for full week in peak season. (2 adults + 2 children) any extra in group are charged extra.

Park Facilities

PLEASE VIEW GOLDENSANDS WEBITE FOR UPDATES ON FACILITIES THAT WILL BE OPEN. NO GUARANTEES ARE BEING GIVEN AS TO WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE. THE SWIMMING POOL NOW HAS TO BE BOOKED.  RECEPTION STAFF WILL GIVE DETAILS OF BOOKING PROCEDURE. There is now an online booking procedure available up to 21 days before. Details will be provided for this on full payment of your holiday.

Ensuring safe holiday – YOU MUST always adhere to Site Rules RELEVANT AT TIME OF YOUR STAY. If you do not adhere to these rules, you will be instructed to leave the LODGE and SITE. In this case there will be no refunds given and loss of your security bond deposit.

**All Late July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday, Will not split to weekends or midweek. **

ELECTRIC CAR (EV) CHARGING. No facilities on site. Do not plug into the Lodge electrics. Anyone found doing so will be in breach of Site rules and will be billed for electric used.

This is 20ft wide Lodge. Most caravans on site are 12ft to 14ft wide.   Own parking for 2 vehicles. Large, grassed area at side.

Any Social distancing rules in place at time of your stay must be followed and will apply to the use of facilities. Please view Goldensands Website for rule changes and facilities available. **As long as campsite is open no refunds given on deposits if you decide to cancel holiday, this is to cover our own costs of re-advertising and contract obligations to cleaners. If however, Holiday Park closed a full refund will be given. **

£75 Security Bond deposit secures booking. Full balance required 6 weeks before arrival date. In event of less than 6 weeks notice then full cost of holiday and security bond will be required. Security bond is fully refundable as long as no damage or no items have gone missing. Security bond returned to you within one week of your departure.

Registration Fees (Passes) are not included in the cost of your Booking. This you will need to pay for on arrival day when collecting keys at reception. It is an Away Resorts condition you follow and abide by site rules. There is now a barrier in place and you will be provided with access code by reception on payment of registration fee. 

Our Lodge is NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the Lodge. No problem with smoking on decking or outside provided no fag ends are left behind. Anyone found breaching this will be asked to leave  and loss of Security Bond.

There really is something for everyone, the holiday park is literally a stone's throw from the sandy beach and is perfectly located close to the lively and fun-filled seaside town of Rhyl, so there is plenty to keep the whole family entertained!

The park boasts some great facilities such as an indoor heated pool, a family club, indoor play area, a multi sports court and an amusement arcade to name a few, in the evening, why not pay a visit to the chip shop, have a drink in the bar with the family, or relax with a delicious meal in the restaurant. You're spoilt for choice at Golden Sands!
