We have a lovely DOUBLE GLAZED, CENTRALLY HEATED, FULLY FURNISHED MODERN, CLEAN THREE BEDROOM CARAVAN with outside decking area and is PET FRIENDLY.

The caravan comprises of:

• Cosy lounge/diner perfect for relaxing,  Lounge includes Smart FreeView TV   DVD player+films board games and gas fire.
• Free WiFi available.
• Piped gas central heating, no need to change gas bottles. 
• Double bedroom, with quilt and pillows, spacious wardrobes with coat hangers, and hairdryer and fan. Off the bedroom is an en-suite with toilet and sink.
• 2 x Twin rooms with quilt and pillows, wardrobes with coat hangers.
• Fully equipped kitchen - cooker/fridge/toaster/kettle/microwave/glasses/pots/pans/cutlery/iron along with a tea towel and oven gloves.
• Family shower room, with toilet and sink.
• Outdoor decking area and seating. Paved area with table, chairs and parasol.
• Parking space for one car.
• The caravan is on the North Shore caravan site which is located across the road from North Shore Golf Course. It is close to the beach and approx 10 minutes to Skegness centre, Seal Sanctuary all within walking distance. The site is on the bus route for the train station and into Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe etc.

On park facilities include:

• Pitch and Putt
• Minature Golf

We supply all bedding including mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and covers. [If the pillows or duvets are damaged in any way (soiled) the cost to replace them will be deducted from your bond money]

Booking will be confirmed when non-refundable ( if booking cancelled ) £75 deposit is received - this is also your security bond which will be returned using the your details on the booking form once the caravan has been checked and confirmed to be in the same condition. There’s an additional charge of £20 for a dog (maximum 2 dogs). The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your stay, we will send a reminder. If you need to pay in instalments, please let us know.

Other information:

• Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
• We accept no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal property.
• You should take reasonable steps to ensure your safety, the safety of others and to prevent damage to the caravan and property.
• Parking North Shore – There is parking space for one car next to the caravan. If you have any other vehicles, please park them in the main car park areas.
• Please adhere to speed limits whilst driving around the caravan park. Dogs must be always under control and on a lead on the park. No BBQs are allowed on the decked area or grass. No smoking inside the caravan. The sites do not allow occupancy of anyone who is on violent and sex offender register, guest lead has responsibility for ensuring that no other guests are listed on this register.
• Anti social behaviour of any description will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the caravan and park without any reimbursement re unused nights

Situated just a short walk from Skegness town centre, the iconic Skegness Pier, and miles of soft sandy beaches! North Shore Holiday Park is a fantastic choice for family holidays.

On the park, there’s plenty to keep you entertained including The Pitch & Putt Inn, All Sports Court, and live entertainment as well as a caravan accessories shop, and supermarket! There is also a launderette for your convenient catch-ups with the weekly chores.
