The lounge has huge picture Windows facing the sea to maximise that amazing view. Freestanding furniture and a flat screen wall mounted 46 inch Samsung TV complete the line-up. Feature living flame effect electric fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Complete with a full size fridge freezer and gas oven and 4-ring hob. For added convenience there's also an eye level multi oven with grill and microwave. Also in the kitchen there's a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside units with integrated lighting controls. A large dressing area with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There's a wall mounted flat screen full swivel 32 inch TV for those early nights or lazy mornings watching TV in bed.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a hanging wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table.

The outdoor space finishes off this perfect holiday destination for those days just chilling out, watching the life on the ocean. There is a large decking area to the front and the side, providing ample sitting out options. Complete with 2 comfy rattan sofas and additional lounging chairs. The front and side are finished with 7 feet wide floating glass panels so there's not even a handrail to spoil the view. There's outdoor lighting and the decking is enclosed and secured by a gate.

Once you have selected your holiday dates and confirmed them with the owner, a A £100 deposit is all that is needed to secure your holiday booking 

The full balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date by bank transfer

A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is required, which will be returned to you once the caravan is vacated and left as you found it.

Pillows and duvets are provided but please remember to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases ,towels and tea towels, along with your personal toiletries.

Included at no extra cost - Gas, electricity and WIFI.

Swimming passes can be purchased on site if required when you arrive

This is a no smoking caravan and decking. Vaping is not allowed inside the caravan but you may vape on the decking. 

There are 4 steps up to the decking, so this may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find an indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with a bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
