Your 3 bed, 8 berth, pet friendly holiday home has all the creature comforts designed to make your holiday experience even more special. Complete with decking you have an elevated outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy a drink & a spot of alfresco dining or simply relax & watch the world go by.

Key Features:

Spacious Open-Plan LIving Area: A vibrant & stylish comfortable lounge with modern decor & furnishings and plenty of natural light. We have upgraded the TV to a 43" wide screen with a separate DVD player. The L-shaped sofa arrangement provides plenty of seating for the whole family & incorporates a pull out sofa bed providing additional sleeping for two people. The lounge has a contemporary feature fire but it is fully central heated throughout ensuring you remain warm & toastie even on the chilliest of evenings.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Integrated appliances, ample storage & a sleek design - perfect for home cooked meals. Importantly there is a full sized fridge/freezer & Dishwasher. Off the kitchen you will find your dining area with dining table & 4 chairs.

Master Bedroom: With a cozy double bed & ample wardrobe space, you should enjoy a perfect nights sleep. You also have your very own en-suite with WC & Hand-Basin plus heated towel rail. Duvet & Pillows are provided.

Twin Bedrooms x 2: Each of the twin bedrooms have two single beds and further storage. Once again Duvets & Pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom: With contemporary fittings, large shower and quality finishes. WC & Hand-Basin plus radiator.

Outside: Elevated Decking, parking next to the caravan plus amazing access to all the holiday park amenities. 

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card. An electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
