A fabulous caravan, located in Atlantic Heights where you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to the beach walkway leading down to Perranporth beach, whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed.There is also a 40" Flat-Screen TV, side table, and Electric fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a king Sized bed for a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space. 

Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additionals

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
