This brand new caravan for 2022, located in Pentreath View, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort. Very close to the walkway leading down to Perran Sands beach whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

Lounge/Dining room:
This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly light and airy. There is ample seating for everyone incorporating two corner sofas, one containing a pull out sofa double bed. There is also a 42" flat screen TV with freeview also a DVD player, side table,gas fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen:
The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and a full sized fridge freezer, oven with 4 burner hob,micrwave,toaster and kettle.

Master Bedroom:
Enjoy the comfort of a double size bed for a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and aditional shelving space. We provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, so less for you to pack! There is an En-suite WC to the master bedroom.

Twin Bedrooms x 2:
This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom:
Contains a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and some storage.

Parking:
There is parking dirctly next to the caravan.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
