A great central position on the holiday park. You are just a very short walk to the onsite amenaties and also on the walkway down to the beach. With a generous sized plot you can enjoy sitting outside on your own picnic bench and table which provides another usable area to watch the world go by. There is parking next to the caravan.

Lounge/Dining Area:
An extremely spacious, open plan area has a modern, light & airy feel to it. With an L-shaped fixed corner seating there is plenty of room to sit and relax. There is a 37" TV and a blue tooth speaker system. The wall mounted gas fire provides extra warmth on even the most chilly of evenings. To the opposite corner of the living area is the fixed dinette and seating arrangement.

Kitchen:
This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything that you need and more. With a full sized oven and hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle & toaster. All your kitchen cookware, crockery & glassware provided.

Master Bedroom:
A double bed with duvets and pillows provided should ensure a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted bedromm furniture.

Twin Bedroom x 2:
ith two single beds in each bedroom which can be pushed together in order to create a double. Once again duvets & pillows are provided. A travel cot & high chair can be provided (upon request and subject to availabilty)

Family Bathroom:
Consists of large shower, extractor fan, hand basin & WC.

Outside:
Patio picnic table/bench & parking.                                                                                                                                                             

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
