This gorgeous pet friendly caravan, purchased new in 2016 and graded as 'Prestige" by Haven. Located on an end position within Kernow View, there is a large decking area & picnic bench & table. 

A great position on Perran Sands, you are a short walk to the sand dunes and pathway down to the beautiful beach.

Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all the little extra touches designed to make your holiday even more special. The front door leads out onto a large decking area, providing another area to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. Gated and with ramp access, this makes for a secure area for younger ones or for your equally precious 'four legged' family members. There is outdoor seating by way of a picnic bench and table. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Lounge/Dining Area: 

A very spacious, open plan area has a modern & light feel about it. With its L-shaped fixed seating arrangement, there is plenty of space to sit and relax. The pull out double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area. There is a 32" TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and a Bluetooth speaker system. The contemporary wall mounted gas fire will provide extra warmth on even the most chilly of evenings. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the fixed dinette and seating.

Kitchen:

This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you should need and more. With full sized oven & hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, slow cooker, pannini maker, kettle & toaster. We even provide your tea towels.

Master Bedroom:

A King sized bed with duvet, pillows , should provide the perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with the fitted bedroom furniture. A hairdryer is also provided.

Twin Room x 2

With two single beds measuring 2'3" x 6' which could be pushed together to configure into a double. Again, duvets, pillows, A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Bathroom:

Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, hand basin and WC.

Cloakroom:

Consists of a separate hand basin and WC.

Outside:

There is ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
